Quality system control dedicates all the requirement procedures for the guaranty of the quality, safeguarding the compliance of the company to the specific specifications and the requirements of standard ISO 9001:2000.

EXAN applies system to every direction.

Checking of incoming products and raw materials according to standards required.

Continuously tests of products to each production phase, but also testings of spare parts production.

Testing of final products according with requirements of standards and elevator’s safety regulations, in real operating conditions to the special designed testing towers of the company but also to the testing laboratories of certificated companies.

Signed and packing of products according system requirements.

Company ensures high quality of products, offering direct technical support, and it takes over of full replacement of them in case of technical problems, since they come of the construction and not from other sources like bad transfer, storage, installation or bad use.

Quality Policy

Quality policy of EXAN corroborates the responsibility of the company to the direction of effective management of quality.

The Administration of the company attends to the notification to its staff, suppliers and customers, the so much important of quality policy, and its legislative and normative requirements which rule company’s operation.

Quality policy consists the following main points:

• Continuous recognition of market (contacts with customers, suppliers, excibitions, etc).
• Aid of company recognition and its products through effective promotion ways.

• Effective operation of quality control system. For the guarantee of all above mentioned, Exan applies quality control system EN ISO 9001:2000 and its products are manufactured according to directive 95/16/EU and the requirements of the requested Models: EN 81.1 – 81.2. +A3, 2006.42, 81.41, 81.28,  81.70,  81.73.

Research and Development

EXAN's research and development department is always in designing procedure of new products. From the beggining until the end of a design period of a new product, quality system control takes place into the complete procedure. A design team is set, which is responsible for the new product until it finished and production starts. During the design period, there are spesific timelines for testings, drawings checks, faults correction etc. 

  Procedure starts with incoming manuals, brochures etc of other similar products. Drawings are made, and the first piece is manufacturing with high technology CNC machines. An external technical team makes testings to the first piece searching for faults. If final product is acceptable, then a period of testings into real operation conditions starts. After confirmation of the final results, and if the final product  responces to the requested data, product can be entered in production procedure.
